株式会社SCALE（以下「当社」）は、キャラクター「ヤサイーズ」の公式サイト（https://yasaiies.scale-group.co.jp/）と、ヤサイーズの公式SNSへの投稿に使う社内ツール（以下「本ツール」）における情報の取り扱いを、次のとおり定めます。
1. 公式サイトで取得する情報
- アクセス数の把握のため、Cloudflare Web Analytics を使っています。Cookie を使わず、個人を特定する情報は取得しません。
- お問い合わせのメールをいただいた場合、そのメールアドレスと内容を、返信のためだけに使います。
2. 本ツールが使う外部サービスの API
本ツールは、当社が運営するヤサイーズの公式アカウントに、当社が作った動画・画像を投稿するためだけに、次の API を使います。第三者のアカウントやデータは扱いません。
- YouTube API Services（YouTube Data API）：ヤサイーズの YouTube チャンネルへの動画のアップロード、公開日時の設定、チャンネル情報の確認に使います。本ツールは YouTube API Services を利用しています。YouTube の利用規約（https://www.youtube.com/t/terms）と Google のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）が適用されます。
- Instagram API・Threads API（Meta）：ヤサイーズの Instagram・Threads アカウントへの投稿に使います。
- X API：ヤサイーズの X アカウントへの投稿に使います。
3. 取得・保存する情報と保存場所
- 各サービスの認証情報（アクセストークン）と、投稿の記録（投稿日時・投稿URL）だけを扱います。
- これらは当社のパソコン内と社内の管理ページに保存し、第三者に提供・販売しません。
- 視聴者の個人情報や、ほかのユーザーのデータは取得しません。
4. 保存期間と削除
認証情報は本ツールを使う間だけ保存し、使うのをやめた時点で削除します。Google アカウントからの本ツールへのアクセス許可は、Google のセキュリティ設定（https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions）からいつでも取り消せます。

SCALE Inc. ("we") operates the official website of the character brand "Yasaiies" (https://yasaiies.scale-group.co.jp/) and an internal tool ("the Tool") used only to publish our own videos and images to Yasaiies' official social media accounts.
1. Website
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
- If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply.
2. APIs used by the Tool
- YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API): to upload our own videos to the Yasaiies YouTube channel, set publish times, and read our channel information. The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) apply.
- Instagram API / Threads API (Meta) and X API: to publish to our own Yasaiies accounts.
3. Data we access and store
We only handle access tokens for our own accounts and records of our own posts (time and URL). They are stored on our own computer and internal admin page, and are never shared with or sold to third parties. We do not collect viewers' personal data or other users' data.
4. Retention and deletion
Tokens are kept only while the Tool is in use and deleted when we stop using it. Access can be revoked at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
